Kickback, relax, and enjoy the beautiful 180-degree water views from the Adirondack Chairs-make s'mores on thed Firepit or hangout at the Tiki bar for a tropical drink and some games. We have a 4 season sunroom and upperdeck off primary bedroom and deckwalkway door leading to sunroom. Enjoy the outdoor cozy sectional couch and gas firetable overlooking the backyard and bay. Enjoy boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, or catching your own crab dinner right off the dock! . With a convenient location just a few miles from the Bay Bridge, Kent Narrows, and Annapolis. Lower level has 2 nice size two bedrooms, full bath, laundry room and large family room with 70 inch TV and gym equipment . There is a game/pub table to enjoy board games (kids/adults) Our home is centrally located with an abundance of things to see and do! Several local waterfront wineries within a couple of miles. Wonderful Cross Island trail for walking and biking that begins at the beginning of our street. Lots of great wildlife - Blue Herons, ,Hawks, Rays, Turtles and more. Terrapin Nature Walk, Kent Island Resort, Historic Stevensville, Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, and many waterfront and downtown restaurants, and parks. Walk to many dock and dine restaurants, Many more within 5-10 minute driving distance. Lots of activities and sightseeing in the area.
